One of my favorite vegetables to juice are beetroots. Beets contain nutrients that support healthy skinimprove blood circulation, and decrease the risk of anemia. They work as liver protectors and natural cleansing agents for the body. Moreover, they are also great for increasing brain activity and boosting energy.

This fresh beetroot juice in combination with apples, orange, lemon and ginger is super nutritious and delicious!

Super Healthy Beetroot juice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 orange
  • 1 1/2 lemon
  • 2 beets
  • 2 apples
  • 2 pieces of ginger

Instructions

  1. Cut all the ingredients and put them aside in the bowl.
  2. Once everything is ready get your juices and start putting the ingredients in one by one.
  3. Mix, serve and enjoy!
