Who are we?

We are Sana and Žana. Two best friends originally from Slovenia sharing a common interest in a mindful, active and vegan lifestyle. We are here because we want you to be a part of our journey! 

On our website, you can find some workout ideas, yoga flows, delicious plant-based recipes, lifestyle tips, travel adventures, cruelty-free beauty and so much more!

Why did we create Lift and Flow?

Helping people to live a healthier lifestyle and feel better in their skin is our passion!

We created a platform where we can share that passion with all of you. This is a place where you can be your true self, find your tribe, get inspired, transform your life for better! We are here to help you and to show that a healthy, active, and balanced lifestyle doesn’t have to be hard or boring. It reveals superpowers within and makes you shine from inside out.

Meaning behind the name

Finding the perfect name for our project was not an easy task. After lots of brainstorming and thinking about the idea, we came up with the name LIFT & FLOW.

We fell in love in it more and more each time we heard it!


Hard work is necessary in order to attain success in all aspects of life. 

In one way it represents the physical and all the work we have to put in to strengthen our bodies and start making changes. Sometimes you have to push a little further, do only one more rep, or add on just one kilo more. To get to where you want to be it is important to put the work in, being consistent and always evolving. 

It also about empowerment, always striving to better ourselves and raise higher. We all need to build, encourage, help, and lift each other up.


Flow is the state where magic happens! 

It represents balance between discipline and surrender. Together they create harmony and give us incredible power. In yoga discipline is required to get into the asana and then we need the sense of surrender to maintain it. So it is in life. 

Sometimes we need to let things happen, whether we like them or not because everything has an element of good. We must surrender to a world of infinite possibility, yet also have discipline to work on own infinite potential.
